We have pictures again! Yay!!
( For a little while at least )
I opened up a Google + account.. and walla... more pictures. At least for now.
I will investigate more.. but if I can't find a set fee.. then I am going to shut this blog down and start new. I have been going back and forth with it anyway... so that's what will happen next time I am told that I am too full.
Now.. onto many pictures of things that have been happening in the last week or two..
Tenney's first Hair appointment in a real Salon.
My friend/Hairdresser Emma said she would do Tenney's hair.. and we could do some trade work.
Awesome.
LOVE the name of the Salon Emma works in.
The "After." Yay for a Professional touch!
Tenney was so thrilled to be so pampered!
Isn't Emma darling? She has amazing hair skills!
Many of you know her Mom Wendy.
I Love both of them muchly!
Miss Mary got some Hand-me-Down clothing from Monica.. and was so thrilled..when we put on new shoes.. and this cute dress.. she was dancing around the house.
My kids LOVE hand me down clothing.
My kids LOVE hand me down clothing.
She wanted me to take her picture... so here she is -- our little cheese ball.
Chad's sister Tara came down from Boise -- the week of Thanksgiving.. and Grandma H had a FALL party for everyone. The kids all ate dinner.. and made Gingerbread houses and trains.
Trains are MUCH easier to work with than houses. -- So I observed anyway.
Thanksgiving day and I didn't get a "food" picture.. but at least I got some pictures.. right?
It was a Happy day -- and we enjoyed the games, laughs, company and movies.
The cousins loved being all together.. and enjoyed being outside in the beautiful weather!
Lily, Mary Caroline, Cody, Gracie and Harper.
Emma and Tyler were busy with their own games
Cute Tenney outside on Thanksgiving.
Seriously... the weather was beautiful!
All the boys were chilling in the basement.
The day after Thanksgiving was " Decorate the House" day.
Christian was thrilled to be on the roof for the very first time helping Dad.
I'm not sure how much of a "help" he truly was.. but hey.. he's old enough to get to be on the roof.. so he did it.. and made sure to brag to everyone else about it.
We bought a brand new tree this year.
Because I keep my Christmas tree on all day from the end of November to Valentine's day.. they get a LOT of light use. We babied the tree last year -- replacing bulbs so it would work all through the season.. and then gave it a burial in the garbage last year in the Spring.
It served us well for 8 years.
The Saturday after Thanksgiving is always dedicated to the annual " Wright" Christmas party.
I know it looks like a Ward party.. and seriously.. it could be.
We have a LOT of Family.
They announced that there is 65 Grandchildren ( I am #2 ) and 89 current Great Grandchildren.
Many of the Grandchildren are not even married yet.. so my guess is there will be over 300 great grandchildren in the coming years. The youngest Grandchild is 11.
I love capturing "in the moment" pictures.
Loved this one of Tenney playing with Serina's hair.
The tree with one gift per person.
Everyone dancing around the tree. A tradition that they have done for generations.
I took many other pictures at the party -- with cousins and other family members.. but I have a RULE that if it's a bad picture of even one person -- in the group.. I don't post it on the net.
After all.. I wouldn't want that of me either.
Today I am Grateful for:
All of you that commented and gave me ideas on how to fix my blog picture problem.
~ Especially Marianne for your Google+ advice. :)
Happy Mail! I love Christmas cards.. and I am thrilled that I have 4 already!
Tomorrow I get to see the KILLERS. More excited than you can imagine.
My Daddy being born 64 years ago today.
It is very early in the day.. and I have already been emotional for most of my awake time.
We are doing a lot of celebrating in honor of him --- together as a family tonight.. but today.. I will be grateful for some "Alone" time to process all of the emotions that I feel this morning.

If you are fortunate to have a Dad that is alive today.. call him and tell him that you love him.
Time is precious.

Your family is HUGE! Tenney is so pretty, she's going to be a beautiful teenager. I'll be thinking of you and your dad today. I hope you feel peaceful and comforted. And thanks for the reminder--I do need to call my dad. He was in Israel last week when all that fighting was going on and I need to give him a call now that he's back safe and sound.
I love Tenny's new do'! So this is why Wendy's hair always looks great!!!
It was so good to come and catch up with all the happenings at your house Ann. I sure wish you and Wendy would have just jumped in the car and came on up to my place : )
sending hugs...
I'm glad your blog can keep going for now without having to start new!
My brother was born 53 years ago today. He's been in heaven for 8 years and I miss him.
