Excited Much????

This has been a very heavy and dark week as far as the news has been concerned... but I have tried my hardest to focus on my blessings... and things to be grateful for.

Yesterday.... a Valentine Surprise from Emma in Norway came... and I could hardly wait to put the kids to bed -- so Chad and I could sit and watch it.

Is that terrible?

I finished Episode 7 and 8 last night... and at 2:00 in the morning.. we were still so anxious about it.. Chad and I were debating starting the Christmas Episode then.

But we didn't.

And I am doing my best not to think about it.... and ignore it "calling" to me to watch it this morning without Chad.

I need to wait for Chad... I need to wait for Chad...

Without giving away any spoilers....

I just have to say that Episode 7 and 8 were so thrilling, shocking.. and unpredictable.. I feel as though I need to watch them again.. to get everything.

And I want to discuss it dang it!!

I am going to have to write a review on it.. but I will wait until after it airs on PBS --so people won't be tempted to cheat and read my spoilers.

I feel as though I didn't sleep last night.

My heart was racing... and I had Downton going through my mind all night morning.

Squuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

Other exciting news....

My favorite Actress is starring in a movie that opens this weekend.

I can hardly wait.

Do any of you girls want to go and see it with me Friday or Saturday afternoon?

Let me know!

I hope it's good.

What am I saying.  Of course It will be.

I have liked everything I have ever seen Rachel McAdams in.

Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Thursday Everyone!!

Today I am Grateful for:

Lots of energy-- even though I was up all night.
Happy things to look forward to for the weekend.
Love Notes and Love Letters
Snuggling
Emma in Norway.  Thank you for introducing me to "Downton Abbey" and for your DVD gifts.

I watched last Sunday's episode last night and immediately went to pbs.org when it was over to watch the extended peek of the next episode as well as some of the cast interviews. How I love this show! I'm even more excited now to see the last episodes of Season 2 after reading what you wrote!

Hi sweetheart Ann...I can tell you REALLY LOVE D.A.. I'm right there with you. LOVE IT!!! I can't get Dale into it though. He really liked Larkrise to Candleford, but this one doesn't seem to hold his interest at all :( How sweet of Emma to send you the series.
Have a wonderful time at the movies!
I LOVED your last post on Pinterest!!!!
hugs for the week...

I must be so out of it, since I don't know a thing about the movie The Vow.

Guess I better go IMDb it right now!

And I know what you mean about waiting to watch with Chad. SPlenda and I have certain shows that we absolutley WON'T watch without the other. As tempting as they might be : )

Seriously every Sunday after we watch it we look up buying it haha. I wait all week dying and then it's over in an hour and it's not enough! So I have to say I'm jealous and I can't wait to read your review after it's over :)

I love D.A. too and have seen all of series 1 & 2 and the Christmas special (split into two parts here) on free TV here in New Zealand. Love the clothes, buildings, drama, etc. All I can say, without spoiling it for you, is keep watching!!!

You are so cute! I LOVE that you love these shows. Your excitement is contagious. I'm grateful for your good outlook on everything all the time. I haven't even heard of that movie though, I guess if it's not advertised during curious george then I'm not likely to know about it. Ha! Hope it's good. Let us know! :)

I didn't know Rachel McAdams was your favorite actress!! She is totally my favorite too!! Kurke and I are going to see the Vow this weekend and I am so excited!

Last weekend we got a movie out of the Redbox called "Midnight In Paris" It starred Rachel and Owen Wilson. It was kind of a strange movie anyway. I had never heard of it. It was the only film that I absolutely did not like Rachel in. Horrible. Otherwise I love everything I have seen her in.

Yayyyy for early Downton! I seriously thought about spending the $30 bucks yesterday and then thought...Nahhhh so I am thankful you didn't give away any spoilers!

I hear that you can buy DA at Costco -- not sure if that's true -- but that's the rumor I am hearing. I too am excited to see The Vow - if my husband doesn't want to see it - I'll let you know and we can go.

Lauren and I are hearing mostly negative things about The Vow, such as it's too sad and depressing for most of the movie. Hmmm...I don't really like sad movies! I love the sappy "Happy Ever After" types of movies that make me smile for hours after walking out of the theater!
